Chad Ryan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients transform their bodies, build confidence, and create lasting lifestyle change.
He founded Atlas Training Co. in Palm Springs to bring together fitness, mindfulness, and community in one inclusive space. Through Atlas, Chad is building a movement that empowers people—especially within the LGBTQ+ community and its allies—to live stronger, healthier, and more connected lives.

Atlas Training Club is a group training and coaching community, not a traditional gym membership. You’ll train with others in small groups at Atlas Training Gym, receive coaching through the Everfit app, and join a supportive wellness community in Palm Springs.
No. Atlas Training Club includes digital programs, so you can participate from anywhere, with access to our local classes when you’re in town.
Every Atlas Training Club member is assigned to a personal trainer. Your trainer helps you get started, monitors your progress inside the app, and is available whenever you have questions or want to schedule a one-on-one session.
While group training is the foundation of the Club, your coach is there as a personal point of contact for support and accountability.
You’ll always have access to professional guidance — and can book private sessions anytime you want a deeper level of coaching or focus.
Most classes are held at Muscle Force Studio in downtown Palm Springs. Members get discounted class rates ($25 per session) and can purchase multi-packs or unlimited packages anytime for greater discounts.
You’ll receive a welcome email with information on next steps, our meeting schedule, and how to sign up for classes. You'll also access to the Everfit app, where you can begin workouts, track progress, and connect with the Atlas community.
